We bought this RV in CA, and have relocated to GA. Great motor and drivetrain. Ford 7.3 "Godzilla" V8. Occasionally tow a Jeep behind (not included) and I do not even feel it back there. Sleeps 6. Queen bed in back, table converts to twin bed. 3 can sleep above the cab. Custom mattress added to allow for 3rd person. I recently changed the oil at 9500 miles. Tires are in great shape. 2 sinks. One in kitchen, one in bath area. Shower has been used maybe twice. Tons of storage inside and out. All exterior storage are tub style so they can be hosed out if needed. Fridge holds plenty of food. Fridge runs on propane or electric.

Interior is very clean. Exterior porbably needs a wash.

This unit has a solar system and a generator. So you can boondock if you desire. Generator only has 49 hours. Not even ready for an oil change yet. 30 amp service cord is built in and very easy to access.

12 gallon propane tank. Which is more than enough for a long weekend. A/C is ducted or has the power fan to blow all the air stright down. We have camped in the desert before and been just fine. There is a low pressure quick connect out the rear if you have the right appliance.

3 burner kitchen stove and convection / microwave oven.

14 foot awning with built in speakers and LED lights.

There are several USB plugs and a wireless charger for phones built in. There is also a Wingaurd system for wifi if you activate. I never used it.

Flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and radio in the living space. There is space to add a second flat screen tv in the bedroom.

There is a floor safe that I have never used.

Back up camera is decently accurate. Can also be used to watch traffic or whatever you might be towing. towing capacity is 5500#. I have towed my jeep a time or two just for fun.

This is my third camper and honestly my favorite one that I have owned. We picked this one because my wife considers it easy to drive. She has driven it a few times on trips. Our kids are just getting older and it is hard to get time away for extended stays given schedules. None of the contents in the pictures come with the sale. I will include everything you need to get hooked up to ulitites your first trip. Power adaptors, waste hoses, water hoses, filters, pressure regulator, leveling blocks, and maybe a few pots and pans if I can sweet talk my wife and the price is right.
