Great conditon has very minor wear and tear on some interior leather surfaces and a few small Clear coat flakes on exterior Very minmal for the coachs age. Awesome family motorhome with a True 12000lb tow capacity! Very well maintained and taken care of detailed monthly and waxed 2 times a year. This coach has had very minimal use due to crazy work schedule and I cannot justify keeping it although we love it. Full wall slide w/topper on passenger and dual slides w/topper on driverside make for the largest living area ive seen in a motor home this size!
