mechanical- had an engine rebuild about 1000 miles ago, new parts include new turbo, all new injectors new cam , new tap-its, new valves, and all the related seals and bearings and belts. Reciepts are available. Unit has a perfectly opperating Onan generator with about 12 hours since its last service, this included new oil, oil filter, fuel filter and a spark arrester cleaning. 
The brake fluid was changed in 2021.

drivers heater core has a slow leak, it is currently bypassed. The drivers ac has a bad evaporator valve, but unit holds refrigerant and compressor worked last checked in 2021 we didn't use either of these we just ran the roof ac units and the heater is only needed for frost. The driver's front windshield has a crack.
Updates- unit has 2 new Dometic ac units, new roof power vent in bathroom, new kitchen and sink faucets, kitchen and vanity tops just finished with Stone Coat epoxy in black marble, roof just sealed with Dicor and Everbond flashing tape, new exterior LED area lights
Tires have good tread and a spare is included, queen bed is brand new hybrid memory foam and coil with a new washable cover. updated hardware, cabinets newly painted, new flooring, new toilet. The interior style is white with black satin accents. There are 2 flat screen TV's included and DVD players with WIFI capability. New window treatment boxes, and cieling unit filter boxes. The cieling air ducts were cleaned, sanitized, coated with a mildew stat and sealed with duct seal.
We towed an 09 Honda pilot on a dolly no problems. A new sofa, (s) can be provided with negotiation as needs of the buyer may vary.
I was a traveling carpenter and my family lived in this coach for over a year. it's been a solid unit and still has plenty of life for some one who needs a trusty rv.
