Exterior.
Very clean and straight with minimal wear, good glass except for rock chip in windshield. Tires all good, auto electric steps, good awning, tons of storage, good spare tire, electric leveling jacks. Good 4000 watt Onan generator. Batteries only a couple years old. Has roof mounted solar panels to help keep batteries charged. Tow hitch and rooftop luggage carrier. Engine and generator fire right up after sitting through winter. Been under cover for 6 years
Interior.
Has back bedroom, good mattress (full) 2 night stands and lots of storage. Small flat screen TV in br as well.
Everything in bathroom works great as well as good hot water heater (propane)
Large hall closet, central propane heating system, Ice cold roof a/c. 3 roof vents and 2 of them with fans.
All seating and carpets have minimal wear with no visible tears or stains. Dining table and couch make into beds. Kitchen has good working stove/oven, refrigerator and freezer can run on propane or a/c power and they both work great. Lots of storage space everywhere. 2 front seats are nice swivel captains chairs and 1 more in living area. 2nd TV in living area. Good window covers/blinds and no damage to screens.
