Purchased this RV from a dealer in Ocala, FL less than 2 years ago as a place to live while building my new home. It was in like new condition and I have never driven it anywhere as I do not have a 5th wheel attachment. It was delivered and plugged in. I literally only used it to sleep in, watch TV and eat. Never used the shower or toilet as I did not have well service. Never used the stove, only microwave. The outside does show some oxidation from being in the sun, but still looks great and a fresh coat of wax would go a long way. Inside is still in excellent shape.

RV has massage recliners, auto level, furnace for hot water, 2 air conditioners. Fireplace in bedroom, full closet and tons of storage everywhere inside and out. Surround Sound system is interior/exterior. DVD and Flat Screen TV. Has an Outside shower handle at water hook up. 3 Slide Outs with slide out covers. Central Air throughout. Propane for heat and stove.

Have no idea how the leveling system works or how the furnace works. I never used either one of them. It was set up out here by the dealer. I know it does have a battery backup for certain features. Will come with 100 Feet of Electric Cord.

There is still a loan on RV, but loaning bank is 20 mins away and can process transaction in person to release the title.
