Beautifully remodeled and well maintained rv. 3 slides! Interior is super roomy when slides out, you can fit a poker table in it! 80 gallons fresh water capacity with 41 gallon black and grey tanks. New black and grey tank valves ($100$). Never lived in. Used by a family of 4 on weekend trips for the last 2 years. Owners before were also a family. RV exterior painted 1 year ago for a 'stealth' look. Interior flooring only a couple years old. Newly installed Onan Marquis Gold 5500 generator ($3500). Brand new rotors, pads and calipers at front wheels ($1200). (6) brand new Goodyear tires installed 5,000 miles and 1 year ago ($3500). Brand new electric awning installed 8/3/2022 ($2400). Oil and air filters just replaced for motor and generator June 2022. Brand new slide top awnings for 2/3 slide outs ($500). Registration current and up to date. Everything works perfectly! Rooftop A/C's just serviced May 2022 before summer season. New motor and house batteries. This RV runs excellent and will take you around the country with no hiccups. Most reliable RV I've owned and I've owned 3 so far. Selling because we upgraded to a 37' Georgetown with 1.5 bathrooms so no need for this one any longer. This rv was incredible for our family and we loved spending time together in Georgie but it's time to let her go to another family. BONUS: If you buy it, it'll come with a full tank of fresh gas! 75 gallon tank means that's $450 worth of gas in todays prices!
Cons:
-crack in windshield. Not a problem at all structurally so did not replace as it doesnt bother us and is not a safety concern.
