RV Description

We're selling our wonderful 2019 Winnebago Vista 27PE. It is built on a Ford F53 chassis that uses Ford's well-proven 6.8L V10. It has 12,858 miles and has been very well maintained, having just had a fresh oil, oil filter and air filter change in addition to the onboard Onan generator having a fresh oil and air filter change (it doesn't have an oil filter) and a brand new set of windshield wiper blades. We just paid/renewed the registration for 2023. In addition, we recently had an RV detailer perform an oxidation removal & UV sealant applied to the entire exterior, slide walls and the entire roof (over $800).

We've also made a lot of enhancements to make it much more functional and comfortable, including:

3M thermal clear window film applied to the entire greenhouse (front windshield and driver/passenger windows - $500). This has helped keep the heat from the sun down significantly in the driver/passenger area.

We installed a custom 3D printed air conditioning air flow connector to direct the roof A/C air directly into the ceiling vents. This has made the roof A/C unit significantly quieter and increased the airflow out of all of the ceiling A/C vents.

We replaced the double basin kitchen sink with a single basin farmhouse sink, in addition to replacing the sink faucet with a residential pull-out kitchen faucet.

We converted the dinette into a large lounge/daybed and added two flip up counters that extend the kitchen counter space and act as a table for our kiddos to eat at while sitting on the lounge/day bed. The best part is that this is fully reversible, and can be easily converted back to the traditional booth dinette. If you don't like the flip up counter extensions, they can be easily removed with a screwdriver.

The factory unit came with a macerator for the black tank, which we didn't like for a couple of reasons. First, it never truly empties the black waste since it has to pump the waste up and over the frame to the other side. Second, it required power in order to work, so if you didn't have battery power, then you couldn't empty your black tank. So I converted the black tank to a direct-dump instead, and will include an extra set of sewer hoses with the sale.

We replaced the oven/cooktop combo with just a cooktop, freeing up a large storage space below it for appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker, etc.
