RV Description

I am the 3rd owner of this RV. It just returned from a 3200 mile round trip into Canada and everything on it worked perfectly. Current mileage is 57,000 and I have serviced it regularly (maintenance records available.) The pictures describe it best; I suggest you "click on them" to enlarge and read the annotation. CHASSIS : Engine is a Ford V-10 with a "5-Star tune" (installed by the PO); Helwig anti sway bars front and rear; Safe Steer; Bilstein shocks; new front brakes in 2019, rears in 2020; Alcoa aluminum wheels; "Centramatic" wheel balancers (rear); new battery April 2022 (there is a disconnect switch to prevent battery discharge when in longer-term storage); "Battery Tender" installed recently to charge the Ford batteries when on shore (or generator) power; new Toyo tires June 2021; Borg steel valve stems; Firestone air bags (OEM); Gibson Stainless Steel exhaust system; 8000 lb capacity Demco tow bar; holding tank heaters; HWH hydraulic levelers; COACH: New color backup camera; TVs front and rear with a new King Jack antenna; Air Conditioner replaced (now 5yrs old); (2) new Duracell coach batteries installed with "water miser caps" about 2 years ago; MCD shades throughout; new patio awning fabric installed June 2021; PO installed "ceramic" window tint; PO replaced the original converter with a "high end" smart unit that prevents overcharging the coach batteries; Halon fire extinguisher is installed at the (exterior) refrigerator cabinet; PO installed USB ports at the dinette and at the BR night stand. I installed the Lazy Boy recliner because of health problems (can no longer sleep in a bed.) As a result, there are currently only 3 seat belt positions in the coach….all at the booth dinette.
If interested, Google up "Winnebago Brochures" to learn more about this model. At the WBGO site, enter 2007 and 331C. There is repaired delamination at the bottom edge of the bunk area (both driver and pass side) …… see the picture. It was repaired and resealed by Denver RV Repairs last year and has not leaked since. It has recently been driven in 2 days of pouring rain in Canada and no leaks………anywhere; but, it is definitely an external appearance issue as you can see in the photo. I am 91y/o in 2 weeks; time to "hang up the keys".
