Inside is an 8+, outside is a 6+, mechanically it's a 8+. The previous owner had the transmission rebuilt at 105k miles.

Thank you for taking the time to look at our RV "Brad" (as my 5-year-old named it). We have had this motorhome for a little over a year. Over the last year, it has taken our family of 5 all over Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming. It took us to more than 10 national parks and we spent many nights (46 to be exact) camping with most of that being dry camping. It is the perfect RV for national parks because it will fit in almost any campsite, is a pleasure to drive, gets (relatively) excellent fuel economy at 17 mpg, and can even fit in a standard parking spot (if backed in). It's perfect for overnighting in a Wal-Mart or rest stop parking lot on a long road trip. The large TV mounted in the rear is great for keeping the kids entertained when they are buckled in on the couch. The overall build quality of this vintage Winnebago View is very sturdy compared to other campers I have owned. The table, cabinets, and countertops are not particle board so they are basically like new and they have very nice latches that lock well during those long road trips.

It has more miles than most because it's been used more than most. Everything works but it does have some wear and tear. Overall I would rate the interior a solid 8 and the exterior a 6 (some paint and decals fading). When we bought it we replaced all the rubber hoses and belts under the hood, we repainted the interior a bright white, we installed bright energy-efficient LEDs in almost every socket, swapped out the jackknife sofa with a slightly larger one, repaired a leaking vent and skylight in the bathroom (not bad), hung new shades, and we laid a new vinyl plank floor. The roof is in good shape. There are no leaks. Everything works. The awning works but it's not perfect (we only used it once). I have detailed maintenance records from the work I conducted as well as previous owners. Some of those records are paper records but I believe I have digitized most of them.
