25' Toyhauler with front kitchen and 12'8" garage space! Rare model with front kitchen and space for a full sized RZR. Overall good working condition with recently re-done completely sealed roof. AC, heater, water heater, water pump, and all appliances work great. Rear bed drops down from ceiling, with 2 fold out beds/couches to sleep a total of 6. Left side couch was replaced with dual seat dinette setup. Shower pan was recently resurfaced and resealed. 4 recently replaced tires in good condition. Electric tongue jack and heavy duty Curt weight distribution hitch included. Does not include a generator, but has compartment and wiring for one if wanted. Water tank was repaired by the drain plug and new gate valve drain was insalled (Experienced a crack, known weak spot for these tanks). Black tank flush kit included, but has not been installed yet.
