This is a nearly new 2020 Forest River Salem Grand Villa 42FLDL. 42ft long with 3 slides and 2 loft areas. High ceilings plus full size refrigerator and microwave. An oven big enough to fit a fat chicken. Bathroom has a full size shower and a 20 gal electric water heater. The upstairs lofts have 2 twin mattresses on one side and a single on the other side - great spaces for the grandkids! The couch folds down to sleep 2 and the bedroom has a queen bed. This unit was delivered new and has not been moved since but it has a bumper pull still on it and was hauled to me by a regular dually pick up. There are 2 air conditioners, the 2nd one cools the bedroom and back loft. The first one easily cools the front loft and the living areas, plus there is a ceiling fan. There is a 50" TV with sound bar and an electric fireplace. The awning has 1 bent arm that needs to be replaced. There are washer/dryer hook ups in one of the bedroom closets too. These units are tough to come by - dont let this one pass you by.
