This pop- up camper trailer is still in good condition. Last year I replaced a few little exterior parts that had dried and cracked over time, like a water hose and a couple of caps. I replaced the tires and battery. I also had an RV repair man come out and install a new ground wire for the battery and check all lights interior and exterior, all working well. Last summer I noticed a slight bubbling to the interior ceiling. I believe water may have entered through an old repair on the roof. The last photo shows the area on the interior ceiling that was effected. I just recently applied an RV repair patch to that old repair (a garage door mishap) and to a small quarter size puncture that was in the middle front of the trailer and applied a coating of white waterproof sealant to the entire roof to help ensure no further damage to interior ceiling. The white coating gives it a nice fresh new look. The hand cranking mechanism that lifts the camper open still works great. Other than a few spots of sap from pine trees, the tent portion of the camper is in great shape. It can sleep two people on each side and one adult or maybe a couple of small kids on the dinette sleeper portion which is like a twin. You will find trailer layout and specs in the last few photos.
