Original Owner - This high end fifth wheel, that feels light & airy inside with its high ceiling and many windows for viewing, is in great condition from continued maintenance & annual cleanings. The rig has central air that includes: two AC units (main AC/heater is 3 years old), a ceiling fan & a ceiling exhaust fan, and a great propane heater. All lighting are LED lights. The kitchen has a full sized fridge with ice maker. Three burner gas stove & oven with an overhead microwave. Tons of storage space throughout the rig. Amenities include 2 TVs and faux fireplace that actually heats. The sink is on an island (that has the capacity to add a dishwasher if wanted). The bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable Serta mattress; it has a full closet with additional shelving (that has the setup to add a washer & dryer if wanted), a 4 drawer dresser, & built-in hamper with shelving. Never smoked in, no kids. Only 80 highway miles on it; it was delivered new to the RV Park and used for an occasional overnight for work, as my home is 70 miles south. I have replaced with new: AC/Heater, water heater, heating element, black water release spring, carbon monoxide sensor, shower nozzle, 2 recliners, and remotes for 2 TVs. Currently there is no sofa; I lowered the price to account for this. The inspection report will be posted on July 15th.
