This toy hauler is setup for a sportsman! Campgrounds work well also, but remote setup is a dream! All that is needed is a generator and carpet that you roll out after backing out your ATV/UTV. Equipped with gas water heater, gas stove, air conditioner, heater, refridgerator, microwave, shower, toilet, sink, water tank, sewage tank, lights, locking cabinets, two fold out beds (one on each side, each sleeps two), awning, The layout gives plenty of room in a trailer length that is easy to tow into remote locations. A cot can be used for more sleeping space. The camper is 100% aluminum frame and construction so rusting isn't an issue over time for long term integrity and lighter hauling weight. An added extra hot/cold water connection on the exterior of the camper, opposite side of the door and canopy were your outdoor living space is, for cleaning of game/dishes. Equipped with a slide in place wood cutting table to keep the mess away from all your living space. Also great for a dish cleaning area.Utilities: Dual propane gas tanks designed so when one needs to be exchanged another can be in use if you run into town for a refill. Dual battery configuration in case one goes out in remote setting you can switch to a single use from dual use. Generator connection when heavy power use is needed other than batteries with a side connection just as if in a campground (for microwave, coffee maker, or if plugging in other items with heavy draw). I worked with the manufacture for the added features when purchased (above listed) to be able to utilize in national forest settings with conveniences while staying at campgrounds with conventional hookups traveling to and from. All manufacturer built and not after built features with the add-ons.Wind does catch front roof vent on road travel causing to open and had to replace that cover. So in place put a hard wind cover over the replacement for a proper repair to the design flaw. Putting on a new set of tires and replacing a few aged minor plastic parts so in tip top shape (i.e. fan blades, lense covers). Great design and setup, just selling for moving into a permanent cabin and property with later in life plans. Otherwise a great setup I will miss.
