Excellent shape, only used for camping a few times, only towed about 600 miles total. Lived in for 1 1/2 years, non-smoker, no pets, cleaned weekly. Very minimal use of indoor shower and toilet. Lots of cabinets for storage, everything works, insulated underbelly for cold weather camping.
