Original owner, well maintained, roof is good, beautiful interior, automatic awning (a must!), porcelain toilet (not plastic), A/C and furnace needs work - we use an electric floor heater and they are very efficient, small A/C's you can buy instead of spending to replace the A/C and furnace. Includes new, custom RV cover. Does not include 5th wheel hitch.
