This pre-Covid built competatively priced trailer is ready to roll. Title in hand. The only toys we have hauled were bicycles, no gas or smoke smell inside. Always under stored under cover. We used it locally five times and took one multi state trip and it perormed wonderfully! 2 annual inspections completed without issue. No slide outs to worry about leaking or breaking down or blocking the bathroom or kitchen during stops.

All available upgrades added dealer installed including 5.5k Onan Generator (2.0 hours), second 15k BTU A/C(50 amp runs both ACs at the same time) and Ramp Door Party Patio Kit. Additionally, they installed a second smart tv for the bedroom, quick connect bbq gas line, Fan-Tastic Fans in main area and bathroom, dual 6v batteries, and rear camera with monitor that can be viewed while driving to make lane changes safer. The batteries and propane tanks are cable locked to the frame for added security. Propane tanks are covered.

We added: Hitch with load equalization bars and sway bar, Wineguard Gateway wifi router, Level Mate Pro with leveler ramps, Upgraded gel foam mattresses for both beds (one King and one Queen, couch makes into a third bed (Q) and we have a mattress pad topper we never used for that purpose), Eez Tire pressure Monitors, Under chassis sewer hose storage tube, door window sliding privacy shade screen, door grab bar, locking chocks and jack pads. All cords (including both 30 and 50 amp connectors and extensions) and hoses included.

$6k+ worth of upgrades/accessorites not likely included if you purchase new and the "shake down trip" has already been taken care of. Price is firm but can be negotiated down if there are things you do not need that can be removed, like the hitch for example.

The back is easily opened with one hand, no bulky hinges showing and can be opened or closed partially without falling, very safe to open foe one person. LED accent lighting under the awning, rear patio, and kitchen and front. Large window in the kitchen area with free standing reclining chairs with side table. Dining table for the couch included. Tie downs throughout. Door closes and locks easily. AC from main area is ducted into the bathroom and bedroom and bedroom has its own separate additional AC. Both ACs can run with the generator.
