Fifth wheel is in great condition. This is the grand design momentum 399th. It has a 13 ft garage so big enough to fit a new 4 seater UTV.  Razor will fit no problem.  Two bathrooms.  It has a king size bed in the bedroom with a slide out in the bedroom and slides in the kitchen/living room. This has TVs in all rooms and outside on the fold down patio. The generator has rarely been used but serviced every 6 months. I’ve had it waxed every 6 months to keep the paint job beautiful as well. All three AC units work great.
