For sale is our beloved 2017 Forest River Pop Up. We have had this pop up for 2 years and have made many great memories! Sadly it is time for us to let it go. This unit has many upgraded features including 2 brand new radial tires less than 4 months old, the AC blows ice cold and the heat works very well, the refrigerator and stove are clean and in excellent working order. The unit does have some minor wear on the interior cushions from the previous owner that can be easily covered. The outside shower makes for an easy cleanup after a day outdoors. The outdoor grill allows you to cook meals while enjoying your campsite. The awning functions well and has minimal wear. Upgrades include a king foam mattress topper and mattress covers for both bunk ends. We chose this pop up because it features a slide out which greatly increases the interior space of the unit. It also has tons of storage space!!! We have slept 6 adults comfortably in this pop up. Overall the unit is in very good condition for the year and has minimal wear in the usual places. Includes lots of extra camping gear with a brand new cover for the pop up which is over a $100 value. Reasonable offers considered no low ballers please. At less than 2,500 lbs it can be easily towed with a small truck, SUV or van. Thank you for your time and considering this to be your next adventure!
