If you can’t find information on the Encounter model, Fleetwood had to change the name to Storm in 2011. The Storm 32BH and Encounter 32BH are identical. The 32BH is also nearly identical to the Storm 32H, but the 32BH has much better kitchen layout.

Sleeping for six without having to makeup beds every night, only to have to put away all the bedding just to have breakfast the next morning. Residential sized queen drop down (powered) bed in front. Twin-sized bunk beds in the middle of the coach (folds up to make extra seating and table). And an RV-sized queen bed in the back (with solid sliding door for privacy). Couch and dinette can also sleep two children each, and there are seat belts for ten, so everyone is safe on the ride there. Powered by a reliable and powerful, Ford 6.8 liter, V-10, this motorhome easily tows a 4,500 lbs SUV behind it and with ample storage throughout, the entire family can take all the equipment and goodies they want to the beach for the day or a National Parks Grand Tour for weeks! Upgraded suspension components for a more comfortable ride and numerous interior additions make it easy to camp in on extended trips. While large enough for the whole family, it is still compact enough to fit into most state and national parks. Thanks to its chassis size, it can fit into spaces labeled for 24 ft RVs. Solar panels (~410W) with inverter and generator with 4 - 6v batteries and an upgraded 80 amp 12V Converter/Battery Charger allow you to enjoy places without hookups.
