Toilet works, but the foot pedal control is no longer attached so you have to manually flush it. We just haven't bothered to replace it because it's not that big a deal to flush it by hand and otherwise the toilet is in perfect working condition. Some soft spots on the floor in the kitchen. Do not appear to be water related, we can't find any signs of water damage/leaks. We believe the top layer of plywood is cracking in some of the higher use areas. This can be easily fixed DIY or by a pro, trailer is still usable as is.There is a slight sag on one end of the main slide. This has not affected the opening and closing of the slide, but should be repaired at some point for longevity of the trailer. Again, we see no signs that this is water damage, just normal wear and tear. These issues are all relatively cheap and easy fixes, we just don't have the time to put into it right now, so we've priced the trailer accordingly to compensate.
