This is our 3rd large luxury 5th wheel and by far one of the best and most livable 5th wheels ever designed. We bought it in 2019 to live in temporarily while building a new house so it has very little road miles. We are also non-smokers and have no pets. We purchased it through a dealer so we do not know it’s previous use, but it was one of the cleanest “like new” used RVs we had ever seen.It has also been one of the most trouble -free 5th wheels ever (as we know from many other owners and our other RVs). We have had no problems (vs earlier known issues from the Heartland forum) with AC ducts, refrigerator cooling, and many other known problems. The repair history since we have owned it is very minor and listed below.Bedroom--The bedroom has a queen size bed which gives room for a nightstand on one side and room to walk on both sides (different from the attached layout diagram that shows a king and no nightstand). The partially cedar lined closet has 5’ of hanging space and recessed shelves that will hold 20+ pairs of shoes. A new slide mechanism design over earlier models provides full storage below the bed which lifts on compression struts. Mattress is a $500 Dynasty memory foam. We are buying one for our new house as it is the best sleeping mattress we have ever had.Bathroom--The bathroom has a 5’ shower with a seat, standard height toilet with self-closing seat and lid, and vanity with solid surface top and under mount sink. The medicine cabinet is 6” deep, there is a linen cabinet over the toilet and extra towel/robe hardware.Main Living Area--The living room sofa has a large storage drawer and is easy to make into a queen bed with adjustable mattress firmness. The dining table has a removable leaf and storage under all four chair bottoms. The TV swings out so it can be watched during meals from the dining table. The electric fireplace is below the TV and the computer/printer desk is to the left of the TV.Kitchen--This has immense storage and 15 LF (not SF) of counter space! There are 8 regular kitchen drawers, 4 large storage drawers and lots of upper and lower cabinet space. The fridge/freezer is a 4-door Dometic multi-fuel unit and the stove is a 3 burner and oven gas unit.
