I purchased this camper in November of 2021. Due to a family illness, I have to sell it. New awning, new tires, new fireplace, new battery and it comes with a transferrable two year warranty that covers everything from front to back except tires. Full size refrigerator, huge closet, washer and dryer combo, only one owner before me. The stabilizer jack needs replacing, but it is under warranty and will be free to replace. Lots of extras such as leather sofa that turns into a bed and large Samsung TV in den. I just remodeled the inside. I am only the second owner. The sleeper sofa is very comfortable. It also comes with a built-in vacuum system. The bedroom closet is very big and there is also a lot of space under the bed for storage. It comes with a built-in generator hook-up. The camper really is great, and I truly wish I could keep it. My 36 year-old son in law has stage four colorectal cancer with very few treatment options and therefore I will no longer be able to travel.
