We purchased 34’ Nexus Ghost in June of 2020 to see if we liked the RV lifestyle. Turns out we love it, so we went big on 45’ Renegade Classic in 2021. Nothing like “First Loves,” tho, and Ghost will always hold that special place in the family history. One trip from Boise to Nashville and on to Winchester, VA, and 3 trips to St. George, and long weekends in Stanley basin. Loved every mile. 360 HP Cummins Diesel engine, Allison 6-speed transmission, International DuraStar chassis, 600 ft-lbs torque with 20,000 lb towing capacity, 2 air conditioners and 2 heaters, 8kW Onan Diesel generator, 2000W inverter, Dometic 4-door refrigerator, Dometic 3-burner propane stove, microwave oven, 100 gallon fresh water, and 50 gallons-each black and gray. 40” TV on swivel arm in living, 28” TVs in bedroom and in external side bin. External rear gate fold-down table. Aftermarket upgrades include water tank heaters, 400 W solar panels, upgraded lithium storage batteries and sealed/heated battery storage in external bin, rock chip protection on windshield, ceramic coating on exterior paint. Best. Thing. Ever. Tempur-Pedic “Athletes’ Choice” memory foam mattress. Never had a better night’s sleep than on that!
