We just got back from an 1100 mile trip. Put $1300 of work in before we left. Everything working and running great!This 2018 Winnebago Intent 31P is a bunkhouse model. It sleeps 9 easily, 7 adults and two kids. It has a walk around queen bed in the back with a new memory foam mattress replaced in 11/21. The 2 bunk beds can fit an average size adult. The jackknife sofa makes into a full bed for 2 adult. The cab over electric bunk can hold up to 250 pounds as a full-size bed. Last, the dinette folds into a bed, but you have to be under 5 feet to stretch out on it. So, it could hold 2 tiny humans. There are seatbelts for 7. This is one of the best layouts we have seen. It has a full wall slide out. In addition, it has tailgate package with an outdoor kitchen (fridge, sink, pull-out work area, power, storage and TV) with an incredible amount of storage inside and out. The driver and passenger captain’s chairs spin to face the living room with a decent sized removable table in between them. The 17' power awning covers the majority of the right side of the coach. The front window cover is electric and can be lowered down about 1 foot while in motion. It goes all the way down when stopped for privacy. There are blinds or shades on all windows. There are electric levelers with an auto leveling function. There radio system has Bluetooth and a rearview camera. There are USB chargers and regular plugs throughout, including in both bunk bed areas. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill, which means you can access it from the master bedroom and from the kitchen. That allows you to still have access to the rear queen bed, bathroom, and bunkbeds even when the slide is not out. The shower is big enough for someone over six feet a little larger girth to fit comfortably (25”X30”). This is a smoke free unit. It is very clean and in great condition. There are no soft spots or evidence of any water leaks or damage. We keep it under a carport cover. It has a microwave, cooktop, oven, double sink, large refrigerator, and more. You can turn the generator on from the inside and fully access everything while driving down the road with the slide out in. There is a roof access ladder on back. It also has a tow hitch that can tow up to 5000 lbs and has a 7 pin wiring harness. There are a few minor cosmetic blemishes here and there. The biggest issue is there is some light peeling of the white ultra-leather on the arms of the captain's chairs and the top of the sofa. It seems to be common with the materials they use in the newer motorhomes.
