Exceptionally well maintained Class A motor coach with new leather upholstery and professionally installed off grid systems including 1,200 amp hours of lithium LiFePo4 batteries, Victron 5kW Quattro hybrid inverter, GX Color Control, battery monitors and 2,000 watts of Z-Amp solar. You can run both AC units for hours w/o generator or shore power. That's why the Onan 6kW generator only has 153 hours even though the system is still integrated with the factory's auto GenSet. All 6 tires were replaced in 2020.
There are 3 TV's including 40" in living room and a 32" in master. The bathroom has a Sea Land vacuum toilet and an enclosed shower. There are two AC units, one of which is a heat pump with a heating element. Both units have soft starts installed. There are also two ducted gas furnaces and a dual gas/electric hot water heater.
Master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress in along with factory pre-wiring and plumbing for optional washer and dryer. The central vacuum system is in hall and a 'Hide-a-Loft' queen bed is over the captains chairs. There are two bunk beds in the floor plan. The lowest bunk contains the lithium battery bank and is pre-wired for expansion but w/ 1,200 Ah you'll never need it.
The outdoor living area has an LED TV and an upgraded AV blue tooth head unit under the power awning and along with two AC recepticals and a hot & cold water spray/shower.
The asking price includes the entire off grid system but if the massive solar and battery supply is more than the new owner needs the seller will reduce the price by down grading the batteries and removing some panels in line with new owner's specifications and budget (battery system was designed so relocation to cargo bays is seamless if desired).
