Batteries are approximately 12 months old, tires around 4 years old. Rear slides just rebuilt, new hydraulics for the front slides and jacks. Newer flooring throughout. Wash/dryer combo 12 months old. Full coach vacuum, three air conditioners (all with separate thermostats), and gas/electric heaters.DSI water heating system. Residential refrigerator freezer, double stainless steel sink, large convection microwave, gas stove and lots of storage in the kitchen area. Gas/electric hot water heater. Three TVs that are on TV antenna, can be setup for VCR, fire stick or other devices . Master Bedroom has a king bed, second sleeping area has two bunks , each with their own entertainment center and headphones. The couch can be made into a queen air bed, two very comfortable recliners. All Tiffin Phaetons come with double pane windows through out, shades and window coverings and most with solar shades. Runs great, gets between 8.5 and 9.5 mpg, easy to drive, setup and park in your favorite spot. .Have enjoyed the coach and it's amenities but we are moving to another type of RV. If you are looking for a luxury road condo at an affordable price this will meet your expectations.
