Great condition, everything works properly. We used it while out of state for husbands work, and no longer need it. Comes with several accessories, tripod, outdoor mat, various camper related products we no longer need. Wood cabinets, tons of storage, 2 porcelain toilets, washer/dryer combo included. There are some minor cosmetic damages, especially the kids bunk room and the faux leather couches as pictured.
