Saddened to be listing this 5th Wheel. Its been to many National Parks and its filled with thousands of family memories.This unit has been under warrantee since I bought it and any kinks that have popped up, which have been very few, were fixed under that protection. It's still under warrantee, while I'm unsure if it is transferable, any issues noticed under your inspection may be able to be fixed before transferring. We love the front living room set up, it's easily made into a room with 2 queen sized beds for sleeping and leaves the kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom with very tall ceilings making it feel very open. There are three total TVs, two inside and one outside for watching a movie around a campfire. It has an outdoor shower for beach/sand trips, two entry doors, a washer/dryer, two air conditioners, electric fireplace, electric or gas heat, one electric slide on the bedroom for quick stop naps, central vacuum system, full sized fridge that runs on electric and gas, and we upgraded the master bedroom mattress to a nicer dense foam mattress. Basically this rig is quite nice and has a lot of upgrades.Outside, the auto-leveling system on this rig makes pulling into a site very easy, even on quick stops. The tires are 3 years old and only have a couple thousand miles on them. There is a ton of storage available with a 'generator ready' front compartment, a passthrough storage closet and a huge space under the King bed in the bedroom which is accessible from the outside as well.
