This is a 2012 not 2013 Landmark, but this Landmark is one CLEAN 5th Wheel. I am the second owner and have enjoyed it for a few years now. There is absolutely nothing I mean nothing wrong with this camper! The only reason and I mean only reason I considered selling this 5th is because with kids sports we just cant use it. This thing has it all. Fullsize Stainless double door Fridge, Granite counter tops, fireplace, Oven, microwave, Tons and I mean tons of storage. 16 built in surround sound system in every room! Even the bathroom! Never miss a game play with this bad boy. Dual AC units that blow like the artic. Central furnance heat, electric / gas water heater. Upgraded to 4 tv's . Tires just a couple years old. Not to mention 8 in" Crown molding through out! California King bed, Walk-in Closet, and yes included and working great Washer and Dryer. This literally has it all. Truly is a castle on wheels. In 2013 this sold for 82999 base and up! I rate this a 8 inside and out. Maybe a 9. Your loss my gain. Priced to sell!
