1989 Ford Econoline 350 chassis - 27’ Gulf Stream Coach - 91k miles. 7 new tires (appx 2500 miles). Sleeps 5 adults.

New vinyl laminate flooring, all new interior paint, reupholstered dinette. New countertops in kitchen and bath, new kitchen & bathroom faucets.

A/C, water heater, microwave, 4-burner range/oven, and water pump all work great. Refrigerator/freezer gets very cold, but only work on propane. New interior lighting.

Unique layout with walk around short queen with Tuft & Needle mattress, under bed storage, 2 hanging closets, and 5 drawers in the rear. Water closet & sink on one side, shower/bathtub combo across the hall. Dinette that converts to comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children, and a swiveling captains chair. Coway sleeps 2 adults comfortably and has its own ceiling vent and light. 3 secure seatbelts in rear.

The cab still has its original charm with two captains chairs. A CD player was added at some point by a previous owner.

The coach has remnants of past water damage, but all leaks have been remedied and the roof was completely resealed in the last 5 years.

The engine was serviced and repaired, new brake pads, new head gaskets. The Onan generator works well and has low hours (approx 846), but needs an oil change. House batteries need replaced.
