Updates: Residential faucet for kitchen with soap dispenser, recovered couch, 1200-watt Solar system with 4 Battle born lithium batteries and inverter, upgraded tires, Dish Network auto tuning dish with push button to fold down for travel, roof mounted antenna for use with cellular & wifi.

There was a water leak via the cap that caused the master floor to warp. Willing to discount for fix.
