1997 Fleetwood Bounder class A motorhome (36ft) with one slide out. Bought back in May of 2021 from an older gentleman who was the original owner of the RV, it has extensive service records, and has been very well maintained throughout its life. I have kept up on oil/filter changes for the engine and the generator. I only took this on one trip to Minnesota, the rest of the time it sat in storage.

-does not lock from outside (simple lock replacement)
-some stains in carpet
-two air vent covers need to be replaced
