Ready to travel and make memories? This one owner coach is 40 ft-1 in long and has a very spacious floor plan with plenty of storage throughout. 4 large slides make almost the entire Coach close to double in size. Coach has 4 LED HDTVS (49” in the living room with Bose Soundbar, 32” overhead front, 43” in the bedroom, 32” outside), Convection/ Microwave, 19.7 CF Whirlpool Residential French door refrigerator with ice maker, 3 burner propane stove, nice 50/50 stainless steel kitchen sink, King bed in master has been upgraded with a Sleep Number mattress, Large sofa converts to a Queen size bed with air mattress that is equipped with electric pump to fill and also deflate -my 72 year old Mom says its super comfy, Stackable Whirlpool Washer/ Dryer, 4 chair dinette, electric fireplace, Dirt Devil Central Vacuum, His and Hers bathroom sinks, large 6 drawer pantry, coat/broom closet, 8 KW Onan Generator, large outdoor awning with wind sensor, 4 large compartments for storage outside, 1 with a slider tray, 2 smaller storage compartments and 1 shallow compartment with a pegboard to store tools, electric power cord reel, water filtration system, 100 lb propane tank with tee installed for use with external propane tanks, outside entertainment area has TV as well as radio with speakers. Engine is a Cummins ISB 6.7L, Allison 6 speed transmission, 340 HP, Hitch rating is 10,000 lb. Engine isn’t even broken in yet!!! RV is up to date on generator and engine servicing. This is just to name a few of the features of this beautiful coach! Must see it to really appreciate it! It’s all the comforts of home, but making memories while traveling in style! A couple of compartment doors on driver side have some scuffing from debris in road, but not too noticeable. Could probably get buffed out. The radio/ GPS area also makes a weird clicking sound when coach is started, but all works fine. No other issues to my knowledge. Non-smoker, but owner has pets. Price reflects any "flaws" as noted.
