I've come out of retirement (after listing the coach for sale) and relocated the coach from my home in Florida placing it in Houston for business serving as my temporary home until after the first of the year. I purchased this coach brand new specifically to be used as my home while on work assignments. My present assignment ends after the first of the year at which time I will relocate the coach back to Florida unless I accept additional work.

New Goodyear Tires installed on entire coach 10/19/2021; Engine, Generator and Road Ready service completed at Cummins of Tampa on 03/23/2022; New Spartan DEF Tank/Head Unit Assembly Upgrade Installed by Cummins of Houston 07/12/2022; Two items on coach that may need attention at some point in the distant future but are not a necessity anytime soon are: 1) one front leveling jack will need repaired/replaced if necessary that’s currently fully operational but slightly bent from an RV park pad that gave way; 2) paint chip above windshield (touched up before departing Florida); May 2022 Purchased New 2 Door Jeep Wrangler as my replacement toad.
