NEW (2021) engine, transmission, catalytic converter!! only a couple thousand miles on the new engine! Just passed emissions test. All records are available. Transferable warranties ($100 transfer fee) also included as well as extended motorhome warranty - 4 years left on it, and tire warranty(4 years left, $100 transfer fee). The coach was treated inside and out from EcoRVPro they warranty longer paint protection from the hot sun. This was done a year ago and cost $1299.00. This coach is like new! This is a very liveable motorhome, with an actual living room with privacy/divider doors, theater reclining seating, fireplace, desk, TV, storage, and lots of floor space. Both living room walls are slides. Pictures show the coach with slides in and out to show how roomy it is while traveling. The kitchen is very user-friendly and has enough counter space (solid surface) for meal prep. The bedroom has SO much storage and a KING bed by Sleep Number. There is room to use an air mattress in the living area and doors to close off for added privacy if you need more sleeping area. Beautiful inside and out. Drives well and is large enough to not feel cramped and small enough to park just about anywhere. The basement has tons of storage as well. The huge one-piece windshield has day/night shades just like the rest of the coach. The bathroom has room to move around, a linen closet, and a new toilet, the corner shower has amazing water pressure! Automatic leveling system for easy setup. The awnings are in great condition. The dining table has a crack in it and this is the only thing we know to be wrong with it. The table can be replaced or possibly repaired.
