What she came with but no longer has: outside TV * mattresses (you're welcome to have the King Tempurpedic in the master, but it is older) * stove/oven (we used the area for storage and instead used electric griddle, instant pot, induction cooktop for cooking) * shower doors (replaced with rod and curtain) * couch (we replaced with a white wooden twin bed from IKEA that fit perfectly, can include) * lower bunk couches/table (we used bamboo IKEA desktops on original couch brackets) - Brackets are included and do fold down against the wall, allowing a desktop or other modification to fold flat for space. * carpet in master (replaced with vinyl) * living room slide out valences (replaced with curtain rods & command hooks -no extra holes) * shorty ladder (now comes with an extra 85” ladder for a total of two tall ladders - we drilled holding pin holes in the happijac beams to allow both queen beds in garage to sit at same height as kitchen loft so that you can walk through back there while beds are in position) *central vacuum attachments (these were so cumbersome, I used a Dyson stick vacuum and would still sometimes sweep the kitchen into the central vac tray and empty)
