RV Description

We're a military family that was given a very rare/unique opportunity that allowed us to full time with our RV. My wife, kids, and I, had the most amazing experiences, trips & camp/travel stories that will live with us forever! I am heading back to a traditional duty station & I know that our traveling days are over for the next 4 or so years & we don’t want to put our RV in storage. Although our RVing days are coming to an end, we hope that the RV’s new owners will find that same joy & experience we had! We lived with our rig for over 3 years & like I said, we loved it! We are the 2nd owners. We decided we really needed a little more space for our kids, so we removed the dinette & got a folding table that sits 2-4 people. This table fit us perfectly! We also decided to paint the inside, as well as put down laminate flooring & upgraded to a tankless water heater. Our RV truly met all our needs from the residential fridge; to the washer & dryer; to the microwave ; to the gas stove/oven.Upfront-full disclosure! The couch will need to be replaced (pic included). Unfortunately, the couch is peeling. It’s wear & tear. We ended up using blankets to cover it and it worked for us! During our travels across country, at some point, we hit a bump and the washer and dryer were knocked loose from the wall hooks & broke the board they sit on (pic included). They still; however, sit lop sided & you can’t open the drawer below them. We had Camping World look at them to make sure everything was in working order and there were no leaks (which there are no leaks or issues when running them). I don't have the time to have Camping World replace the couch and reset the washer & dyer upright due to all the backups in RV maintenance here in California. We also had Camping World reseal the front end of the cab and down the sides in the last six months. The right camera is a little blurry, but I use the mirrors when switching lanes and don't rely on the cameras. The rubber on the second step needs to be replaced (pic included). The issues with our rig are cosmetic which is why our price is negotiable because we know, there are items that need to be fixed and replaced. We had an oil change in the truck and generator about 6-7 months ago. We had the recall taken care of (Ford recall for emissions-computer reset). We also had the fan in the bathroom replaced. We upgraded to a tankless water heater. Both TV’s inside has been upgraded and there is a King Antenna installed
