We are selling our gently used, but greatly loved RV. We've used it as our vacation home over the past two years while visiting Tennessee. We've decided to put down permanent roots there, and are no longer in need of it. We've enjoyed travelling from Florida and living in this one bedroom unit while we explored the southeast. We bought it used around 2 years ago as the second owner. We love that we can pull it with our Titan V8, because it only weighs 6400 lbs. empty, while being able to carry another 3200 lbs. It has been to Tennessee and back 3 times with a few short Florida trips. The King bed is a nice feature in the bedroom, which closes off to the rest of the unit, nice privacy. Easy access to the bathroom from bedroom through a pocket door. The bathroom is also accessible through a dedicated separate door from the main cabin. The kitchen is spacious and modern with microwave, mid sized fridge and freezer, and gas stove with oven. Dining room seats four in a booth configuration, very comfortable. Table also converts to a bed, sleeps 2. Living room has a couch that sleeps 2, also 2 very comfortable recliners. The AC and heat work very well, comfortable from the low 10’s to the high 90’s. I have maintained it well and have added a few upgrades, listed below. Minor damage to the lower right rear, but has been repaired and is sealed well. We are including all the extras to get you going right away, including a clean FL title. All you need are personal items, food, and an adventurous spirit. We are located in North Port near I-75, so it’s easy for you to come check out your new travel home. Pet and smoker free.
