Like new GD 3110BH! We purchased this unit toward the end of last year and have decided to go full time so we just bought a Tiffin motorhome. This Grand Design is packed with features and way more interior storage than our new unit. Huge pantry for those longer trips and a really good size fridge and freezer. The Outdoor kitchen is something we will miss, especially the outdoor fridge that gets nice and cold. The large island is another great feature and provides plenty of prep and hang-out space for a few people. The instant hot water heaters ensure you will always have hot water when needed. We added the Furion backup and side marker camera system. This will be included. Also, a new TV in the bunkhouse will also be included. Please ask any questions you have. We only used this unit 4-5 times so it still looks and feels new! An extended warranty was purchased and will be transferred to the new owner so you will have no worries about out-of-pocket charges.
