3. New laminate flooring everywhere except bathrooms

4. Upper kitchen cabinet replaced with floating shelves

5. Child safety bed rail added to bunk house (see pictures for details).

We are not able to offer financing at this time. All money has to be paid upfront.

RV is located in Erie, Colorado.
We are currently living on Maui, and will be in Colorado to sell in MARCH (unless other arrangement is made- please contact us to speak more).
