Very good used condition on this bunkhouse rv. This rv features the Thomas Payne heated and massaging theater seats, 2 full sized bunks, separate bedroom with upgraded memory foam queen sized mattress, 27" TV mounted in bedroom, both entry doors have had the windows upgraded to tinted clear glass windows with shades, Maxx air vent cover over bathroom vent and so much more. Also included with purchase is the Anderson distribution hitch, Anderson wheel chock levelers and the x-chock wheel stabilizers.We removed the dinette and put a second futon style couch in its place but we do still have the table and cushions if you wanted a dinette again or to use the table with 4 chairs.
