2/19/22 Update - You can see that I recently dropped the price considerably. I would like to sell quickly. If I don't sell very soon, I plan to pull this listing and will consign the rig with Campers Inn. I know that if they sell it for me, the price will be much higher than what you're seeing here. I have been waiting on two parts to come in (hydraulic pump for the auto-leveler and slide seals) at Campers Inn. They just came in last week, and it will be repaired soon. If you want a great RV at a great price, please act soon!

Here are some great features of the rig, and I'll include some things the next owner might consider repairing or replacing. Great features include:
-Sleeps 8 people! We have 6 kids, and we could all sleep comfortably
-Half bath in main cabin (such a great feature for families with kids. Also makes it easy to use the restroom while on the road).
-Low Milage (16,726)
-Extended warranty - we bought a 36-month extended warranty on the rig from National Auto that expires October 2023. A $3000+ value that can save you thousands. We'll transfer to you for FREE!
-Washer/Dryer Combo (A must have on the road!)
-Already winterized for winter 2022 (no cost to you!)
-We accumulated must-have parts for the rig like a 50 amp electric extension cord, 50 amp surge protector, Rhino dump hose kit, fresh water hose & filter, drop tow ball hitch, etc. Hundreds of dollars worth included when you buy!
-Awning electric motor replaced last year.
-Generator
-Auto-leveling system (it will automatically level with the push of a button).
-Recent Oil Change
-Currently at Campers Inn (Tucker, GA) getting a new hydraulic pump for the auto-leveling system (no cost to you!)

We want to be upfront about the rig. These are things the next owner might consider repairing or replacing:
-The furniture has begun to fray (as shown in a few of the pictures). The next owner might consider buying couch covers or reupholstering the furniture (we're factoring this cost to you in our asking price).
-We had a minor fender bender on the rear driver's side bumper (see picture). It doesn't affect the performance of the rig, but if you want to make it look new, you could sand and paint this area.
-The stereo is not great. It's a little glitchy, and the bluetooth cuts in and out.

The RV is currently at Campers Inn (Tucker, GA) waiting on a couple parts to come in (all costs that we are covering).

The RV has a Kentucky tag, but is able to be transferred any state.
