This unit is currently in storage and I will only be able to show it on weekends. I no longer have a truck, so If you have a serious interest I will need time to hire someone to tow it from Marina to the Monterey Fair Grounds to hook up to shore power for a full walkthrough. I keep the battery disconnected and on a battery tender for long periods of time, so I will need time to get the self leveling system reset once on shore power. There was a recall for the propane line on the fridge completed about six months ago. That same dealer was moving the RV out and scraped it up against another RV on a turn. About a quarter size piece of the corner siding on the upper left rear corner was chipped off. The dealer professionally repaired it. The back bathroom sink overflowed with water early on and was caught immediately. Out of paranoia I cut the belly underneath and looked for signs of water. There was about a cups worth so I removed the fiberglass insulation out of caution. While I was down there, I installed 1" rigid foam board thinking it would be great for the winter but got carried away and did the entire rear quarter before my wife made a comment, so I stopped. In the basement there was a small leak on a pex line from an improper crimp. The dealer recrimped the line. I could never track down getting the master bedroom tv to display the same quality video signal as the living room. The shower fan motor needs to be replaced and a new shower head is installed after the original failed. This fifth wheel was purchased in Virginia and towed to Greenfield, CA over about a two week period with no other travels, other than the tow to the Dealer in Gilroy, CA for the recall completion.
