2107 Thor Axis 25.2 is expertly maintained within manufacture recommendations. The RVU is a single owner (purchased new), has never had pets, and is smoke-free. All appliances are in excellent condition and optimal working condition. The water, gray and black tank are flushed after every use. The AC unit blows cold air, and the gas heat and instant water heater I have kept the RV at a private residence and with windows covered to keep the interior in almost new condition. Recently tail and market lights upgraded to Led for greater visibility. We selected the Thor 25.2 with the rear slide out the rear of the RV for camping in state parks where space can be limited. (proved on many trips to be a huge plus)
I purchase an 84-month service contract that has 24 months with a $100.00 deductible and is transferable to a new owner. (details provided to interested buyers) The service covers interior and exterior components, and I have never used the service.
