HAS A WARRANTY!! This one has the diesel generator with 93 hours on it. It's in perfect condition as we have a transferrable extended warranty. I've owned this RV for about 2.5 years. We only used it to travel on vacation and some short day trips a few times through out the years. We only slept in it for 1 week as a family of 4. I'm only selling it because it's too big of a vehicle to be used like a rental car when on vacation. Everything works, we purchased an extended warranty when we bought the unit and that can be transferred to the new owner (it's $5000 worth of warranty with 54 months of full coverage left). We had the refrigerator replaced under warranty so that's only a 2 years old now. The propane system blew a hose and a regulator went bad so that's all new now. Also the step stopped working and that was also fixed under warranty also, so we definitely got our money's worth out of the warranty. So everything is working on the coach.
