2011 Shockwave Toy Hauler. 28SKDS. Fantastic toy hauler. We just put a lot of money into this and then I decided to go back to work full time. Here are the updates: New house batteries; self contained; zero maintenance 8/30/21; rear camera with monitor, repack bearings and sealed bathroom skylight roof 9/13/2021; installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, new mattress 5/11/2021; new bedroom smart tv, and 5 brand new tires (incl. spare) 3 months ago. We have never gone camping in this. We bought it last year and fixed it up, but I decided to go back to work. We took out the flooring anchors and table pole holes and put in a new smooth flooring surface. We still have the tables and anchors, should you want to cut open the flooring and use. The rear beds/couches raise all the way up and the side couch folds up so you can drive your toy up the ramp and have a lot of room inside to transport your toy. The two swivel chairs are not fixed and can just be removed if you don't need them. The mattress has only been used 3 times by family visiting us and staying in it out on our driveway. We have used the a/c and heat, fridge, stove, generator, and microwave. We have removed a lot of the exterior decals, on one side, that were badly cracked and chipped, our plan was to repaint it or order replacement decals. We have a small tv we will be mounting in the living room. We also have an Anderson raised ultimate connection hitch we will sell for $950 and a lot of rv accessories. We have the tittle. UpdateI had some questions on measurements. So, when the back bunk beds are raised to the ceiling there is a 75” height clearance. The couch folds up against the wall and the recliners are not fixed. The wheel to wheel clearance is 76”. Finally, from the ramp rear door to the back of the kitchen cabinets is 142” with some room in front of the kitchen cabinets.

****UPDATE.we had a bad rain storm last week and noticed a small leak at the kitchen window and a leak at the shower skylight. Both need to be sealed. We have adjusted our selling price to cover the hassle and expense. We have already sold our truck so we cannot take it in .nor, for those who have asked, can we deliver or meet you to show you the 5th wheel.
