Like new Condition, very well cared for. NO Dogs, animals or Children have ever been in the unit. Non Smoker as well. Only selling to move up to a 5th Wheel. Added Slide Awnings (paid $1200) and 4 Sumo Springs (paid $400) Has the better stabilizer hitch with bars not chains. I love the pantry in this unit, it is so big. The fireplace was another option for me that I needed and I love it. The bedroom also has extra clothing storage, hanging area and 2 drawers. Queen bed has always had a 3" memory foam topper on it so never slept on directly. Took out Dining table and 4 chairs and replaced with desk abd 2 file cabinets. Both in Espresso to match the rest of the cabinets, Desk and Office chair could stay if needed. I do have table and chairs but they are out of state and could provide at a later date. Everything works as it is supposed to. A few minor issues that can discuss and show when needed. I love the layout of "opposing slides" which gives a lot of room in the main coach area. No wear on the furniture. Everything is really like new.
