After 3 wonderful years camp hosting full time in this super roomy Avalanche, we're transitioning to condo life in Florida. Just as we sold everything to enjoy the RV lifestyle, we're selling the RV, all our accumulated treasures that make RV living fun & easy, and even our prized and rare 1999 Ford F-250 7.3L Super Duty Truck. The RV is super insulated and was very comfortable in the snows of Montana and Colorado at 10,000 feet where we spent 6 months each. We spent 2- Six month seasons in the heat of the Anza Borrego Desert and the 2 A/C units were more than adequate. The 3 bedroom and 8 other big windows provide excellent cross ventilation so it's very comfortable in all seasons. We replaced the ugly RV window shades and furniture with cute curtains and our own chairs, lazy boys, and desk to suit our remote- worker lifestyle, . Bring your own furniture or buy ours, your choice. There is a new microwave, never a problem with the refrigerator or oven, and we removed cabinet panels to improve access. I'm 6' 190 and the shower, Queen bed and headroom throughout is very comfortable for me and the wife. The 12 gal. water heater provides a hot 10 minute shower with a 30 minute recovery. The Pantry is covered with mirrors that add light and roominess. The Bedroom TV is brand new and is also included. Everything works fine, never a leak or drip, no dents or scratches, and everything is tight and secure. The awning, tires, and 2 golf cart batteries are newer. We're including all the related camp gear, 2 generators, and the $1000 composting toilet, so boondocking is way easier and you never have to deal with poopy water problems. We will include the 400lb. capacity hitch carrier. And don't worry about getting the right truck! Our 1999 7.3L Diesel F250 is prized for it's endurance. Ours has towed 13,000 pounds over the toughest mountains Montana, Colorado, and California can muster without a complaint, passing most and never over heating. At 335,000 miles, with excellent maintenance record, she's still a youngster. I'll sell this beautiful matched pair for $40,000. That includes the $2000 hitch, trailer brakes, and everything you need to drive off. Saves you tons! It's a sweet setup for 2 people and includes everything you need to take off.
