NEWMAR 2007 newmar 40’ dutch star! 1- owner 60,000 miles! 372 hrs generator. garage kept in Georgia, 4 slides. I bought it from the original owner 6 months ago. We are going bigger! Its a spotless coach!

Here is a list of what was done to that coach! The original owner was a maniac on keeping that coach like new! He had a cover made that covered the entire dash so that the sun didnt fade it!! They had plastic covers over every chair & couch in the coach. Everything looks like new. In 2016 he took it back to the factory because the windows had some fog in them. The factory replaced every window in the coach with new ones. While they had the shades off the inside he replaced the day/ nite shades with mcd double shades. Twice as good! They also replaced the rear roof air. And the sky-lite in the shower. He ordered a 1 piece fiberglass roof when he bought it and they resealed every opening in it. When they did the roof work. He had them adjust all 4 slides in 16 so it went in and out perfectly aligned. He put 6 contental tires on it in 16 and they have about 15k miles on them. Contental says to replace after 10 years. That will be 2026. The tires look new. Then he put a new refrigerator in it in 2020 because it didn't freeze fast enough for him. This is my 3rd coach. I had 2 American eagles before this one. And this is twice the coach and its like new. I looked for 9 month's before i found a 1 owner garage kept cherry like this. He has all the service records as well as the paperwork for all the windows. I wish it was a 45’ or i would never sell it. I just got it in august 2021.
